This beautiful patient wanted a subtle but noticeable increase in her breast size and fullness, from a B to a D cup.  We chose a 345 cc Soft Touch Cohesive round implant, placed through an infra-mammary incision since she is young and might want to breast feed.  She has settled perfectly and has the ideal postop shape and contour.

This young woman desired a size that fit her body but wanted a full round look with upper pole cleavage. She wanted to be a full C or D cup.
